There was nothing lacking in terms of resources at AWKUM, delightfully, our academic staff made incredible use of the available resources to mentor us in our field-of-interest. My current position as a staff scientist at University of California, United States is the explicit result of what AWKUM taught me. My time at AWKUM is still a big chapter of my life, with a firm belief that it has an enormous influence on my life, shaping my personality and career. The Department of Bio-Chemistry at AWKUM has provided me with unparalleled opportunities to hone my academic, research, and leadership skills thanks to its dedicated and well-rounded faculty. The AWKUM program opened doors to South Korea that allowed me to make important contributions to the science and technology as a young scientist, leader and influencer that otherwise would not have been possible. Being an alumni of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan is a source of immense pride for me, especially when I reflect on how my journey has been shaped by the knowledge and skills acquired during my studies. Completing my MBA in Finance from the Department of Management Sciences (now known as IBL) in 2011, and being honored with a Gold Medal, was just the beginning. The University provided me with more than just a degree - it equipped me with a solid academic foundation and instilled in me a deep understanding of finance and strategy. This understanding proved to be a game-changer, allowing me to excel in my subsequent professional endeavors.

After graduating, I joined the banking sector, securing a position as an MTO and then promoted to Banking Services Manager at Allied Bank Limited in my five years career from 2013 to 2018. Here, the knowledge and insights gained during my MBA became my guiding light. My ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and make informed decisions had a direct impact on the success I achieved in my role.

Currently, I am serving as Lecturer in the Higher Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. My journey from student to educator has been profoundly influenced by the knowledge I gained during my time at AWKUM. The ability to impart this knowledge to eager minds, shaping the next generation of professionals, is a testament to the power of quality education.

I'm an advocate for the transformative potential of education, and my story is a living example of how a strong academic foundation can pave the way for a successful and fulfilling career.
